How to Download ICAI CA May 2025 Result? Know Previous Pass Percentages and Toppers
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will announce the CA May 2025 results on July 6, 2025. CA students who appeared in the ICAI May 2025 exams will be able to download their e-scorecards from the institute’s official website; icai.nic.in. The CA Final results will be available in both online and offline modes, whereas, e-scorecards will be issued for Intermediate and Foundation students.
If we go by previous trends, the institute is expected to release a list of toppers for CA Final and Intermediate programmes, and pass percentages for each of the three levels. Note that CA Foundation toppers are not announced.

Visit the official website of Chartered accountants institute; icai.nic.in
Click on CA Intermediate/Final/Foundation scorecards
Login using your roll number and registration number
The CA results will be displayed on the screen, download it in the PDF format.
How was the CA results in previous session?
The ICAI CA exams for Foundation and Intermediate were held in January 2025. The CA results were announced on March 04, at around 11 am. The CA Inter pass percetnage was 14.17% for Group 1, 22.16% Group 2, and 14.05% for both groups. Deepanshi Agarwal secured All India Rank (AIR) 1, with 521 marks followed by Thota Somanadh Seshadri Naidu securing AIR 2 (516 marks) and Sarthak Agarwal, AIR 3 (515 marks).
The CA toppers list was not released for Foundation programme. Only the pass percentage was published. CA Foundation serves as an entrance exam for Intermediate programme. Of the 110,887 students who appeared in the Foundation, only 23,861 students qualified with a pass percentage of 21.52.
CA Results May 2025: Whats Next?
While the CA Foundation students will entre Intermediate level and those appeared in CA Intermediate joins the Final programme, the final students who pass the exam will become new Chartered Accountants. On average, India gets 10-12,000 new CAs after every CA results. The last CA Final exams held in December saw 11,500 students becoming new Charterd Accountants.
