CA Foundation Sep 2025 result: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the CA Foundation Sep 2025 results around 45 days after the exam is concluded. The CA Foundation Sep 2025 result will be published in the first week of November 2025. Candidates can download the CA Foundation result 2025 for the September session from the official website - icai.nic.in. To access the CA Foundation results for Sep 2025 candidates are required to log in with their roll number and registration number. To qualify for ICAI CA Foundation results Sep 2025, candidates should secure a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and 50% aggregate in all four subjects in a single attempt. According to ICAI CA Foundation exam pattern, there is a negative marking of one-fourth of the marks allotted to a particular question for each answer marked incorrectly.

Procedure to Apply for Marks Verification for CA Foundation 2025

What after CA Foundation Results 2025?
Candidates must complete a study period of eight months to appear for CA Inter exams. This means that the students who pass the CA Foundation Sep 2025 exams will be eligible to appear for the next level of CA exams. The next CA Intermediate exams will be conducted in January 2026. ICAI will announce the CA Intermediate January 2025 exam dates on its website.
For Qualified Candidates:
- Candidates who have passed the CA Foundation Sep 2025 exam can register for the CA Intermediate exam.
- Registration for CA Intermediate typically begins shortly after the Foundation results are announced.
For Unsuccessful Candidates:
- Candidates who could not qualify for the CA Foundation exam should start their preparations for the next session.
- However, they can also apply for verification of their answer sheets through ICAI’s official portal in case of miscorrection.
