About CS Professional Exam 2026
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has notified the CS Professional June 2026 session exam dates on its official website. The CS Professional June 2026 exams will be conducted from June 1 to 7, 2026. Candidates planning to appear for the CS Professional examination in June must keep track of the ICSI CS exam dates for the Professional June 2026 session. The exam form window for CS Professional June 2026 opened on February 26, 2026. The last date to fill out the exam form with a late fee is March 25, 2026. The institute will later open the CS Professional exam form correction window, where any student who believes they entered incorrect details while filling out the form can make changes. During this period, applicants can submit requests for changes of examination centre, medium, module and elective subject.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the national-level CS Professional exams twice a year: One in June and then again in December. The exams are conducted in offline mode at various exam centres.
CS Professional Paper Pattern 2026
ICSI has divided the CS Professional exam into three modules - Module I, Module II and Module III. Based on their preference, candidates have the option to appear in either of the modules individually or all together. The CS Professional exam (new and old scheme) consists of a total of 9 papers. Eight papers are compulsory and one is elective.
CS Professional Qualifying Marks:
To qualify the CS Professional exam level, candidates need to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in all papers (single/ all modules).
