ICAI CA Exam News & Updates 2025 - Check Latest Notification
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) always keeps students on their toes, be it year-round registration, admit cards, live virtual classes, mock tests or anything related to the exam. So, keeping up with all the latest ICAI CA News and updates is crucial for registered students and future CA aspirants. Last year, ICAI announced CA Foundation and Intermediate exams, to be held thrice a year. Many other such changes could be expected to be announced by the institute in the coming time through ICAI CA exam notifications 2025.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is the highest regulating body of all Chartered Accountancy professionals in India. It conducts the CA exams for students looking to enter the profession. The CA exam is divided into three levels - CA Foundation, CA Intermediate, and CA Final. The CA Foundation is the entry-level exam of ICAI. The CA Final exam is the last step in a candidate’s journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant.
CA Exam News & Updates
CA May 2025 exam dates announced:
ICAI has announced the ICAI CA May exam dates 2025 for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels on its official website. The institute will conduct the CA May 2025 Foundation exam from May 15-21, 2025. Whereas, the CA Inter exam 2025 will be held in two groups from May 3–14, 2025. Candidates will be able to appear for the CA Final exam for the May 2025 session from May 2-13, 2025.
CA May 2025 exam form release date:
The authorities have also announced the CA May exam form release date on its official website. The institute will open the CA May 2025 exam form for Inter, Foundation and Final levels on March 1, 2025. Candidates can fill out the exam form without a late fee till March 14, 2025, and with a late fee till March 17, 2025.
CA May 2025 exam form correction window schedule:
After the deadline for filling out the exam form with a late fee is reached, ICAI will open the CA May 2025 correction window on March 18, 2025. Candidates who filled out the CA Foundation exam form, Inter, and CA May 2025 Final exam form will be able to change their test city, exam medium, course group, and other details during the correction window on the official website using their login details. The CA May correction window 2025 will close on March 20, 2025.
CA Jan 2025 result date to be announced:
The CA examinations results date are usually around 45 days after the exam. ICAI CA Foundation January 2025 results will be declared tentatively in the last week of February 2025. The CA Foundation and Inter result January 2025 link will be available for download by the institute at its official website - icaiexam.icai.org. Candidates can easily check their result by logging into their ICAI’s official account. Along with the CA Foundation and Intermediate result 2025, ICAI will also release the pass percentage of CA Foundation and the CA Inter Jan 2025 pass percentage.
CA Foundation January 2025 exam concluded:
The CA Foundation exam for Jan session was held on January 12, 16, 18 and 20, 2025. As per the CA Foundation exam pattern, candidates had to appear four papers at the CA Foundation exam. The results will tetatively be declared in the last week of February 2025. Those who pass the exam, will be eligible to appear for the CA Intermediae exam. However, if any candidate fails his CA Foundation level exam, they can re-appear in the upcoming sessions.
CA Intermediate 2025 January exam concluded:
Recently, ICAI conducted the CA Intermediate exam on January 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21, 2025. The exam duration was 3 hours for all the papers. The exam timings were from 2 PM to 5 PM. As mentioned earlier, the ICAI CA Foundation and CA Inter exam will be conducted thrice a year: in January, May/June.
