The CA Inter 2026 syllabus comprises a total of 6 papers: Advanced Accounting, Corporate and Other Laws, Taxation, Cost and Management Accounting, Auditing and Ethics, and Financial Management and Strategic Management. Candidates need to be familiar with the CA Inter corporate and other law syllabus. Due to the difficulty level of the CA Intermediate exam being moderate, candidates must also refer to the CA Inter books for each subject, including the corporate and other laws. The CA Inter corporate and other laws syllabus focuses on a comprehensive understanding of legal principles governing corporate entities and related laws.
In line with the CA Intermediate syllabus, the corporate and other laws subject is the second paper that candidates are required to attempt in the exam. The upcoming CA Intermediate January 2026 exam will be held in two groups, where Group 1 exam will be conducted on January 6, 8, and 10, while the Group II intermediate examinations will commence on January 12, 15, & 17, 2026.
