CSEET 2026 Syllabus: Subject-Wise Marks Distribution
The Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) 2026 is an entryway to the CS Executive program offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The detailed CSEET 2026 syllabus for all four subjects has been given below:
1. Business Communication (Paper 1)
Grammar fundamentals (nouns, verbs, adjectives, sentences, etc.)
Vocabulary and common business terminologies
Business correspondence, such as letters, emails, and memos
Listening skills and oral/non-verbal communication
2. Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning (Paper 2)
Legal Knowledge: Indian Constitution basics, contract law, company law, consumer protection, intellectual property rights
Logical Reasoning: Number & letter series, coding-decoding, syllogism, seating arrangement, blood relations, puzzles
3. Economic & Business Environment (Paper 3)
Economics: Demand and supply, national income, inflation, fiscal policies, Indian economy basics
Business Environment: Banking system, capital markets, startup ecosystem, corporate social responsibility, government institutions
4. Current Affairs And Quantitative Aptitude (Paper 4)

CSEET 2026 Important Exam Instructions
The CSEET exam is conducted remotely; candidates must use a desktop or laptop with specific technical requirements, including a stable internet and installed safe exam browser software.
