The CA Foundation result pass percentage specifies the ratio of the number of candidates who qualified for the exam versus the total number of candidates who appeared in the exam. As per the new ICAI scheme, candidates need to score a minimum of 40% marks in each CA foundation paper and a total aggregate of 50% marks to pass CA Foundation. Candidates who clear the exam with more than 70% marks will be termed as passing with distinction in the CA Foundation.
